DRUG PEDDLER ARRESTED, NARCOTICS SEIZED IN KISAUNI

Detectives from the Transnational Organized Crime Unit (TOCU) have arrested a drug trafficker in Bakarani, Kisauni Sub-County, following a well-coordinated operation based on crucial intelligence leads. The trafficker, 45-year-old Abdalla Said Omar, was cornered at his rented residence where officers discovered 300 grammes of heroin concealed in red and green carrier bags, tightly wrapped in clear cello tape. Alongside the drugs, two digital weighing scales believed to have been used in the illicit trade were also recovered.
