MURDER WEAPON RECOVERED IN ISIOLO

Following the fatal shooting of a woman named Nelly Echukut, two suspects were arrested in connection with the incident. Today, they led a multi-agency team to their hideout. The team included officers from Kulamawe Police Station, Crime Scene Investigation (CSI) officers from DCI Isiolo, National Police Reservists (NPR), and the Assistant Chief of Kakili Sub-Location in Isiolo Sub-County. During the operation, the multi-agency team successfully recovered an AK-47 rifle along with three (3) rounds of ammunition. The rifle is believed to have been used in the crime.
