POLICE RECOVER STOLEN ITEMS AND ARREST SUSPECTS IN ONGATA RONGAI, KAJIADO COUNTY

On 1 August 2025, following a tip-off from members of the public, officers from the National Police Service in Ongata Rongai Police Station conducted a targeted and successful operation in Kware Township, Ongata Rongai, Kajiado County. The operation led to the arrest of six suspects and the recovery of various items, including water meters, a solar panel, a Wi-Fi router, an Incco industrial welding machine, a Total water pump, and other stolen goods. The exhibits, along with the suspects, were taken to Ongata Rongai Police Station, where they are being held in custody pending arraignment in court. The National Police Service commends the continued collaboration with the public through community policing, which helps achieve such successes in safeguarding public property across the country.
