RECOVERY OF STOLEN LIVESTOCK IN LAIKIPIA

Today, 22 May 2025, following a report of stolen livestock filed at Doldol Police Station, a multi-agency security team led by the OCS conducted an operation in Laikipia East in pursuit of the stolen animals. During the operation, officers confronted armed bandits, overpowering them and forcing them to flee, leaving behind the stolen livestock near Ol-Kinyei Dam. Seven cows were successfully recovered and safely escorted to Kiwanja Ndege Shopping Centre, where they were returned to their rightful owner.
